Learn about your plan

  • Is my doctor in the network?

The DoctorSmart directory lets you find and compare doctors, hospitals, and more. To get started, click here and select your network.

  • Is my medication on the drug list? What will it cost?

We partner with Optum Rx® to offer you great pharmacy benefits and a nationwide pharmacy network. To search the drug list and get cost information, visit our pharmacy page. Check your plan materials to see which pharmacy program you're part of.

You can visit our pharmacy locator to search for participating pharmacies near you.

Please note that some employers do not offer prescription drug coverage through Mass General Brigham Health Plan. Please check your benefit information for your plan details.
  • When will I get my member ID card?
Your new ID card will be arriving soon, but you can see your ID card before it comes in the mail. After you are enrolled, you can visit Member.MassGeneralBrighamHealthPlan.org and follow the steps to view or print your digital ID card. It's a good idea to tell your doctors that you'll be switching to a new plan. You can show them your digital ID card now, so they'll have all your new information when your plan becomes active.

Transition your care

  • Commercial members: Fill out our Transition of Care form

Let us know as soon as possible if you or a family member have care that needs to continue with your new plan by completing and sending this form (also available en español) to us by email, mail or fax. If you have questions or need help, you can call us at 866-643-8392.

Our service team and nurses will help make sure you continue to receive care during your transition if you:

    • Have an upcoming treatment, procedure, or surgery planned
    • Are having a baby
    • Take prescription drugs that require authorization
    • Plan to see specialists with referrals already in place
    • Rely on durable medical equipment (DME) such as a wheelchair or sleep apnea device (CPAP)
    • Are undergoing care for an illness, chronic condition (like diabetes and asthma), your behavioral health, or special needs
    • Receive infusions at a hospital or home
  • Mass General Brigham ACO members: Talk with your provider

If you are a Mass General Brigham ACO member, you don't need to fill out a form to transition your care.

Instead, you should talk with your provider so they can help make sure you continue to receive care during your transition. If you have questions, you can contact Customer Service at 800-462-5449.
